Rolling Thunder

I don’t usually play around with effects in my work. This is my experiment with lightning effects on an Eastern Dragon.

The arms and legs are more vestigial in design as I imagine it almost exclusively spends its time in flight and would rarely need to make use of them.

I imagined it uses bursts of ionized energy in the clouds to propel itself in the sky, Inspired from how lightning sometimes skitters from cloud to cloud. I think it’s called inter-cloud lightning or horizontal lightning.
